Surreal like a fairy-tale

At night, St. Basils cathedral appears to be made out of plastic. For most tourists, this church is the landmark of Moscow. Of course, the city centre is good condition... the real face of the city is different.

Why did you say " the real face of the city is different "? Do you mean in reality the city is in real bad condition...Finally ,I have a chance to take a good look at this well-known cathedral ! Actually,I examined this structure for a few minutes through this photo and found it really a masterpiece ! Thanks mate, for sharing this photo with us....I really admire this photo...

@Kheoh Yee Wei: I meant all the multistorey buildings in the suburbs, the rough daily life, the social distinctions in the city... My "postcard" photo as badala says implys another image of the city, that's why I pointed that out. If you come for sightseeing, almost all places in the innercity are in fine condition. But if you leave the ring line or go to Greater Moscow (oblast), you will find a different face of the city.

Please note I did no postprocessing at all, just a manual setting at exposure time... That is the real appearance!
